Мы очень обрадовались, когда услышали о давней мечте наших заказчиков — использовать в проекте мозаичный бетон, или «терраццо». Мы не боялись рисковать и использовали смелые цвета.
Дубовый паркет — в художественной укладке «французская ёлочка». Для зоны кухни мы выбрали цементную плитку ручной работы Cezzle, которую производят в Санкт-Петербурге.
Интерьер построен на балансе нейтральных серых и сложных природных оттенков: болотный зеленый, бананово-желтый, чернично-синий.

Планировка
Жилой комплекс Skandi Klubb известен своими хорошими планировками. Так и в нашем проекте мы почти ничего не стали менять. А вот зону кухни мы переосмыслили: базовые модули обернули вокруг объема санузла и вент-шахты. Такое решение позволило нам открыть изначально узкую кухню в пространство гостиной.
Общее пространство
В квартире была предусмотрена система рекуперации, а потому потолки в прихожей и санузлах ниже, чем в остальных помещениях. Эта особенность помогла зонировать пространства, а разницу высот мы обыграли с помощью молдингов.
Перед нами стояла ссс задача - не перегрузить зону коридора, поэтому было решено использовать гладкую окраску и двери-невидимки. За перфорированными дверцами в прихожей разместился небольшой гардероб. Стеновые панели в коридоре выполнены в единой отделке с кухней.

В гостиной-столовой использованы предметы мебели скандинавских брендов. Столешница и фартук кухни — из искусственного камня. Болотные фасады кухни дополнены контрастной фурнитурой.
